Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for person(s) served under the direction of MDs. Provide support to maintain optimal health to ensure resident are served professionally to reach their personal goals. Provide leadership and management of staff to ensure provision of services to the people served in a licensed Assisted living Faculty.

Under RN guide: monitoring patient vital signs, assist patients with eating, dressing, and bathing , Administering medication, Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to nurses, physicians, and family members., Maintaining accurate patient records, medication management, wound care, and more.

Under the guide of RN/LPN provide assistance in activity of daily living and personal care services for resident in accordance with an established service/care plan.
